tinder went right but mentally conflicted on virginity

I'm a virgin (18) and started using tinder about 3 weeks ago. I went out with a guy a couple days ago and we ended up just making out on my bed. It grew into my first tongue kiss, my first time getting fingered, and my first time giving a blow job. I was like semi-turned on the whole time (while he was super turned on) though so I didn't feel like going all the way when he wanted to. 

After that night, all I can think about is sex SEX SEX. lol I wasn't a crazy horny person before but now I just can't stop thinking about what we did and what we could have done.

I get so turned on just replaying it in my head.... idk if I'm getting too far ahead of myself. I'm conflicted because idk if I should be in a relationship with someone I love before I have sex or just do what I want. I don't think virginity is a big deal so I want to have sex now but I'm scared that I'm gonna regret it, like most people do.
