Idk what to do!!

Ive been in love with this guy since march, he was my first, were really close, ive caught him talking to other girls but he said it was nothing because each night he had me in our bed, it hurts because we was never in a relationship due to stuff, now that we moved away due to his great grandma needing him and my dad passing i talk to him everyday, well here lately he hasnt made a effort at all because i caught him talking to another girl and i keep going back because he has been there when i had nobody and he showed me what it means to love and not give up on someone and i had a miscarriage and i dont talk to any other guys because i feel guilty because im in love and dont want nobody else and it kills me i dont know what to do and being on my period dont help anything!
