UTI infection need help

So I interned my fertile week this week from my opk's I think I O on Sunday anyway on Tuesday I got horrible UTI Simptoms went to doctors they have me antibiotics to take well later that day I started spotting witch got me confused and now I'm bleeding and passing clots is this normal I never had UTI before what to expect I literally finished my period 16 days ago witch went in for 8 days ?! Can't find any useful info on Google advise  would be appreciated!
