Acne 😡😔

Can someone, ANYONE .. PLEASE tell me what is something that is good for acne - I am DESPERATE to try ANYTHING ! I am so disgusted with my face that I don't care to look in the mirror and if I do look in the mirror i want to cry because I feel so ugly! My prescription that I have no longer works anymore and I can't go to the doctors until the 1st of the year (Insurance Reasons 😐) ... So PLEASE ladies any suggestions would be great 😔
