Flu like symptoms a sign of labor? First time mommy needs advice! Labor story's welcome

Had anyone had flu like symptoms before they went into labor or the day they went into labor. I never get sick. I haven't had a cold or flu since I concived her. I'm 36 weeks and 2 days. I woke up yesterday feeling very crummy. Stuffy nose, sore throat, not hungry, crampy, sore eyes, couldn't sleep, watery discharge, etc. She has dropped and has been in my pelvic bones for at least 2 weeks now. I can litorly feel her moving down below my bikini line with my hand. I'm wondering if this is a sign of labor? I heard it could be. What was it like before you went into labor or was in early labor first time mommy would love to hear your story's. I'm sweating really really bad too.
