C-section ... exercise...?
I am 51 days postpartum, I had to have a c-section but after just 1 week you couldn't even see the incision it looked completely healed on the outside. I was still feeling a very sore at that point tho, so I was taking care of myself by not doing any heavy work. But now it feels almost perfect!
So what I want to know is when I can start exercising..? I have a huge pouch that does not look good! It makes me feel very insecure just knowing its there.. I want my stomach to look somewhat normal again. And I also can't wait to get back to working out!
So for those who had a c-section, how long did you wait before exercising?
