Endocrinologist appointment fail

So the first half of my appointment yesterday went great. He said my levels were good...listened to me and responded with concern regarding the fact that my cycles are irregular (32 days, 55, 35, and currently today is CD 51). He agreed that it is extremely difficult to conceive with cycles like this as it is hard to pinpoint ovulation. I explained I used opks but never got a clear peak. Although I did get some very close dark lines. He said well the next thing to do would be Clomid to force ovulation...he said the only downside would be that I could conceive twins. (This is not exactly a downside).

Then he went off mumbling and speaking really fast and combined with his accent I could not understand what he said...then he jumped up and basically shouted as he walked out of the room the date of my next appointment and that was it. I have no idea what else he said...i don't know what to do now. I have no idea if I should wait until feb when I see him next to get more info about Clomid and generally what are my next steps. He basically said if I conceive it will be purely luck...feeling lost and confused. Any help ladies?
