need to vent!

I need to vent. My baby was born in august and is 12 weeks old today. My husband and I live in Minnesota and our families live in Ohio. My in laws came to visit and help out a week after baby was born and again a couple weeks ago, but no one from my family has visited at all! My maternity leave is almost up and I'm so dissaponted in my family. This is the first grandchild for my parents (they are divorced). They come up with all kinds of excuses. My mom says she can't get time off work, can't find someone to watch her dogs, my dad won't come without his girlfriend. Meanwhile my older sister is having her first baby today in Ohio and they are all on their way to the hospital. So frustrating and dissapointing but thankful my in laws are better than my own parents.
