Diaper rash or yeast infection?

He's had this rash for over a week now! Since the very beginning we've been using diaper cream (tried several), changing his diapers frequently, using cotton wipes with water only, airing out his booty & drying it with a cool blow dryer. We just got a prescription diaper cream yesterday, and it's still just getting worse. Do y'all think it may be yeast?!?

My daughter was allergic to diaper rash creams. Try an oatmeal bath

Ya and it just kept spreading when I would switch creams. Yeast doesnt usually live on surfaces like a bottom. Yeast likes dark moist places. So try the oatmeal bath and let it get as much air as possible

Yest infection! It looks exactly like my baby's bottom. She started a rash when she was 1.5 wks went to the doctor's 5 days ago and prescribed Canestan twice a day. The rash is going away. Ive been washing her with water and ocasionally with natural wipes. Hoe it gets better!

It could just b the brand of diapers as well that's giving baby a diaper rash

Try cloth diapers !!

I gave my son a bath in warm water with breastmilk and 2 tsp baking soda. Rash was gone the next day.
