Hello! I am kind of new to posting here, so any help is appreciated. I am 19 years old and I have lost track of how many bartholin cysts I've had. I got my first when I was 17, and they've been reoccurring ever since. I've had them drained/lanced two of the times, and the others have ruptured at home. They seem to always get large in size and extremely, extremely painful before they ever rupture. It usually takes 3 or 4 days. My gynecologist can only get me in on Monday-Friday. The last few times they've been the worst at inconvenient times - weekends. I am in a lot of pain and extremely desperate at this point. I've been here too many times and my only two options at this point are to go to the ER, (which I've done before and did not end well, the doctor who took care of it made me very uncomfortable and ended up doing more harm than good, which my regular gynecologist later told me,) or my other option is to get this painful thing to rupture at home. I've been taking the baths and painkillers. If anyone has ANY TIPS OR TRICKS to get these to pop at home, any replies/opinions/stories/experiences are greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
