Do i have breast cancer?

So I've noticed these lumps around my nipple area lately and theyre really big that when my nipples get hard its so noticeable that i have bumps. Do i have breast cancer or something?  Help.

Are you talking about the out side/top surface  of the areola that has little pimple like bumps and sometimes can be white- this is normal and are a part of your Montgomery glands... Or do you mean inside the actual breast around the nipple? If so it could just be a cyst but either way it needs to be looked at by a doctor

It is normal for women to have little bumps - that's where the milk comes out. Mine enlarge when I'm ovulating.
