help me!!!

so i've been tracking my period, i'm sometimes irregular, but just by a couple days!! last time i got my period was august 20th, i didn't get it Sept, and October is almost over and still haven't gotten it! So i took a home pregnancy test, but it said negative, i'm so scared and confused by my body.. could it be stress?? but two months without it scares me
