Can sex cause miscarriage?

I'm so nervous to do anything that could cause a miscarriage, I have recently had one and I'm scared it will happen again. Is there anything that can cause miscarriage or things I should avoid doing. Is sex safe? Help!

Your worries are legititment! I was the same way. I wouldn't even ride my riding lawn mower the whole summer for fear the vibrations would cause a miscarriage. I took a medical hiatus from my job as a school bus driver because it's a bumpy ride. I abstained from sex (actually orgasms altogether) until I was almost 18 weeks along. I wouldn't sleep on my stomach even at 8/9 weeks along. I was the biggest worry wart! Now that I'm 28 weeks along I'm more relaxed about it because I know she has a decent chance a survival no matter how it goes down from this point forward, but up until about 2 weeks ago, i was worried about everything and anything!!!

Sex is safe. The only time you need to abstain from sex is when the doctor tells you to.

Sex is completely safe. If it hurts don't do it is my motto. And if your one that likes it rough just take it easier.
