I was just in a wreck

Well today. I just got into a wreck. My car has been acting very jumpy when I drive... like either not going Or when I'm driving 10mph it will jump up to 50 with no warning. Yeah well it decided to do this today landing me into a gas station pole. Yep. Please pray for me as I am very shaken up. Already have a heart condition and my heart is racing. And pray God provides a new car as mine is done for..... 😭😭😭😭😭
