Sorry to rant on here I know it's nothing to do with glow really but when I moved into my current place April 2016 my neighbors had a padlock on our double gates so I sent them a note through their door and ask them repeatedly if they would take it off as we needed access for my partners motor bike, he still wouldn't take it off so we had to get the police involved police dealt with the issue then he started parking across our double gates (dropped curb) so I asked him repeatedly to move it and he still wouldn't do then we had to get the council involved who told him it was illegal to park their. I then got a puppy and he started to leave the gate open so she could get out so I spoke to him about it and he totally ignored me so we then fitted a spring so the gate would close automatically and he still purposely leave it open I'm so angry right now and not sure where to turn from here 😩
