Acid Reflux??

Anyone else having acid reflux ?? I've had it every night for the last 3 nights, and it's so bad it's coming back into my mouth and I'm nearly vomiting x I'm already sleeping upright and no heartburn medication is working x

Try doing this!! I do it every morning and it seems to work a hell of a lot better then any anti acid and tums!!

Mine was so horrible I had to get a prescription for Zantac 300mg twice a day from my doctor! It has been a huge relief! Maybe talk to your doc about it and they can help to bring it under control.

Ask your doctor they can give you a prescription :) then maybe try drinking a lot of water before bed

I've been having it terribly. I've noticed some things I eat cause it to happen more. Milk seems to help a lot

Yes, went from 20mg pepcid 3x daily (since 14wks-29wks) to zantac 150mg 2x daily...to hopefully something waayyy stronger by my next visit. My stash of Rolaids is no longer snack size.

I drink almond milk if it gets bad beyond Tums helping me. That usually coats my throat enough to get to sleep!
