How do you like to wake up in the morning?
I have serious problems waking up in the morning. By that I mean, I wake up and just go back to sleep. I'm wasting so much time and I can't seem to get out of bed. And once I'm out, showered, fed, and go on with my day, all I can think about is my bed again. I don't like coffee so I'm having trouble finding ways to be energized throughout the day. As a side note, my counselor at my college thinks this (among other things in my life) are possible signs of depression. Maybe if I get a handle on my chronic sleepiness, maybe I'll feel better about everything else? I mention that in case that helps with giving advice.
