only getting milk out of one boob 😭

My husband had to get surgery so I've been flying solo on taking care of our little one. I am breastfeeding and pumping when I can. Only propblem is I am noticing less and less out of my left boob :( now when the milk comes in I'm lopsided. Does anyone have any suggestions please ?!
