(HELP!) Plan B

So I had sex a week and a day after I had my period, with a condom. The condom slipped off, I was a little paranoid so I got the Plan B 1 Step. 6 days after taking the pill I had a 5 day period. Right now would be around the time my regular period was due. I'm having light bleeding and a little cramping. Should I be worried?
