Can it take longer than 30 days to clear my system?

I'm worried that I won't be able to pass a drug test the 2nd appointment even though I quit completely a whole month prior. Which, I told my OB I smoked weed and she said "no big deal over 50% of women that come through here their first time fail for thc, it's common and no big risks"  and then I told her I might fail a second time because I feel like bc of the anount I smoked it'd take longer than 30 days lol.. Which idk if that's right but I swear you guys, I smoked SO much. I've never met a person that smoked like I did. I smoked like a chain smoker who can't slow down on cigs. It's crazy I was smoking at least a quarter or more a day. So please help me out here. 

-Also, I know it's a risk being caught... That's why I don't want to fail a test, so there is no suspicion, and we grow the weed at someone else's house and share it. I should've clarified. We do sell weed to family members out of our home though and have been doing it for around 7 years... It's okay if you want to comment something judgemental but the answers I'll be concerned about are the answers to my original question... Bc any sort of negative thing on here is def not gonna get us to stop selling weed and making give or take a thousand bucks a week.. Plus our jobs. It's just not gonna do any good. So please consider that before any sort of rude remarks. As I've been doing this for 7 years. I'm well aware of the risks.
