HELP.

I went to my appointment. My baby is doing great, I found out when I was only a week so my baby is 7 weeks now. And everything is going fine. Except there was a cyst on one of my ovaries that was pretty big that my doctor tells me should be getting smaller that doesn't seem to be right now. She said she'll check it out in 4 weeks on my next appt? I should concerned? Has this happened to anyone else?
