Upper Stomach Pain

I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and have noticed the last couple days that I have had somewhat of a sharp pain in my upper stomach when I lay in a certain position or when I scrunch up (like a sit up). I have also had increased acid reflux/heartburn. And have been constipated like crazy! Has anyone experienced this stomach pain or know what it could be from? Thanks.
