Could I be having twins??

Cheyenne • Hey! Well my soon-to-be-husband are trying to conceive! First timers:)
I am very early in my pregnancy but the jump in numbers has me a little excited! On Thursday Oct. 20th my hcg levels were at 134.7 and today Oct. 24th my levels were 469.1!! Maybe I'm just getting ahead of myself but I'm so excited! April 2016 I had an ectopic with tubal removal and May 2016 I had a MC and now I'm pregnant again! I've never been this pregnant!!
