36 weeks with a cold 😷

I'm dying sneezing and sore throat! I have puked twice daily for three days! I have a toddler at home and she high energy, so needless to say I'm exhausted. Just drinking my hot teas covered from head to toe and have Vicks on my chest and feet. Any other things I can do to clear this? Doctor said I can take Tylenol cold but I'm iffy about taking cold medicine unless I really need it
