I'm 19 weeks and around 2 PM started experiencing a severe burning or tearing sensation right in the middle of my baby bump (NOT round ligament pain, as I am familiar with that feeling). It feels worse if I stand up straight or have any type of pressure on my stomach. It hurts badly down the middle of my belly button and across the top of my uterus, as if something is pulling away from the inside. Anyone else felt this? Do I need to go to the ER? This has been going on for about 9 hours.
