I am pregnant but I don't know whether I'm 4 or 5 weeks along. What is my baby's progress / stage right now ? LMP 19 th September, I have 35 day cycle.

5w1d as of right now, but your ultrasound at 8 or 12 weeks (whichever your doctor does) will give a more accurate date. If your cycle is a little longer it's possible your babe will be a little less than 5w1d, but until then your lmp is what the doctor will go by.
