Weight loss

So im getting nervous.. i had a drs appt and found out that ive dropped 6lds in 4 weeks i am 11w pg. I know it may not seem like a huge deal but im already really small. Ive been really sick and keep trying to eat but nothing sticks. My dr wants to perscribe me some medicine but its to expesive i cant afford it..... she seemed like she had a huge red flag or else i wouldnt be worried but now im thinking that I could loose the baby. Anyone else have the same problem and you had a perfectly fine pregnancy?? The women in my family are usually sick the whole pregnancy... i dont have high hopes for not being sick just dont wanna loose the baby.
