buying things for baby?

I did the harmony test yesterday to check the sex of the baby & also to look for any risk of Down syndrome which if my baby has it, it won't bother me. But once the test results come in I'm going to start buying so much things, especially diapers and clothes ! Anyone else ? :) I'm 12weeks 4 days

I'm waiting for my results too. Praying that they're just healthy! I'm planning to start making some things once we know the sex. I like to knit and sew so I'll probably start there. I also think I'll start a registry since this is my first.

I did the panorama test Saturday. It'll take 5-7 calendar days for the results. They told me I should know around Halloween
