Do they put gauze in your mouth after you get your wisdom teeth out ? And are those videos true do you really admit secrets or just say silly things? I have bad anxiety and it's freaking me out

Yes they do put gauze in your mouth and no you don't start admitting secrets. I got put under anesthesia and I just woke up really emotional. Cryin and super grumpy for no reason

They put gauze in to help stop any bleeding you may be experiencing from surgery. The gauze also helps to prevent you from sticking your fingers in your mouth while you're doped up on anesthesia and poking around, introducing all sorts of bacteria to your incisions.

You won't be in pain. You'll just feel relaxed and silly, and you won't have much of a filter. I wouldn't worry about saying anything super revealing. Most people just say what comes to mind. You'll probably say a couple stupid things on the car ride home and your mom or dad or whoever will tease you for a day or two and life will go on. It's not much different from being drunk. You'll be okay.

Just gauze and I had the same happen to me, I got all four pulled at once and when I woke up I started crying for no reason lol i wasn't crying bc of pain bc you don't feel it when you first wake. It's just makes you delirious and emotional and the dental office will comfort you when you wake up so you don't freak out. It'll feel like you were under for five minutes. I suffer from anxiety and was very scared too but trust me you'll be okay. 😀

Yes they do put a gauze in your mouth after due to the bleeding. But everyone reacts differently to the anesthesia. Not everyone does that.

They do put gauze in to stop the bleeding, not a lot though.  I had all four of mine pulled at the same time.  The anesthesia effects everyone different however the only thing that happened to me was I got extremely nauseas from it.
