could I still be pregnant?

Please be patient with me as I do not know the abbreviations for anything so I am going to write everything out lol. I was due to start my period on Saturday...I have not yet started and have no signs of starting. I took a clear blue digital pregnancy test Saturday evening and it was negative. 😕 I went to the doctors yesterday for just a check up and update her on the baby making process and I told her that I was late...she did a urine test and that one came back negative too. She ordered blood work but not for a pregnant test. Could I still be pregnant? My husband and I are so confused.
