tell me about maca root...
Has anyone taken maca root that can advise me when it comes to side effects you may have experienced? I am reading so many conflicting stories online that I'm not sure what to believe. I have a VERY regular cycle, but I heard that maca helps with egg quality and overall fertility. I'd just like to know what your expiriences have been. Thanks in advance ✨
