am I crazy? anybody else get this and get a BFP?

Anybody else get on and off slight lower stomach pains, like in the uterus area and get a BFP? Wondering what it could be. About 9-10dpo haven't tested yet, don't wanna test too early. I have sore boobs, which are normal, I usually get sore boobs the day after I ovulate until AF shows, I had heartburn on 6dpo, It seems like I've been extra emotional lately, like everything makes me cry. Yesterday and today feeling pulling sensations and slight pains in what I think would be my uterus area. Hoping this is good but don't wanna get my hopes up.
