this white squishy thing always comes out of me.. I find it on my underwear. What is it? Anybody know?

Me too and I don't know what it is. I've told my doctor and she tells me not to worry about it. I'm like what do you mean don't worry about it. She says it happens. But nothing about it seems normal because it's never happened to me before and I want to know what it is foreal
