Why can't I finish during sex??

I've never been able to finish during sex, I don't understand why either. I'm comfortable with my boyfriend, and of course things feel good, but I just can't finish. Oral doesn't do much for me, penetration doesn't do much for me, I don't know what to do. My boyfriend is determined to make it happen. Is it psychological or is it just my body being weird? Your thoughts?
