lost mucus plug - help!

Hi everyone. I think i just lost my mucus plug at 32 weeks. Called the dr., said not to worry unless i have pain/cramps (I don't). I am seeing him in 2 days anyway. My other dr back home suggested i go to the ER as my daughter was born prematurely. Other than the bloody discharge i feel great - did any of you lose their mucus plug and didn't go straight to labor? Any replies much appreciated, thanks in advance!
