does it actually work? im 31 weeks and just started drinking it.

I bought capsules because my sister warned me about the taste! It helps tone your uterus. I've only had one baby so I have nothing to compare it to, but I feel like it was worth it. I also took Dr Christopher's Birth Prep the last 6 weeks (well, 7 weeks because I went a week past my EDD) at the recommendation of my midwife. I had almost 20 hours of back labor because my LO's head was off-center making dilation difficult. BUT I only pushed for 30 minutes (from 7 cm to birth was 45 minutes)! And my postpartum bleeding and pain was minimal.

Yes it does work!! I've heard so many different success stories and have also done a lot of research. It helps with making contractions more effective and labor go a little quicker. I've been drinking it for a little over a week and am so excited to see how it effects my labor. 34w2d
