how to leave

I feel I'm really stuck in my relationship. I'm to the point now where I know I have to leave. But I just can't... we live together so I'd have to move back home which I'd hate to do. We got a dog together, but he says it's all his since he paid for him and pays for his vet bills and whatever and I know he'd never let me see him and he's my little boy. I'm seriously so hurt and so lost. I do love him, but I know he just treats me like shit that i just can't do it anymore. 😪💔
