hurting tender breast ??

Right now my breast are very very very tender and it hurts really bad like I have to squeeze it just so it can stop hurting. I don't know why it's hurting like that. I figured it was hurting because my period is in 6 days . But just last week I was ovulating and after I had sex like 3 days later my body changes . I was very very tired , stomach hurting a lot .. tender breast , emotional. I kinda figure it was a pms symptoms but they hurting bad now. And I did have sex during ovulation but I don't think it's pregnancy Symptoms. With my first child I didn't even have symptoms. But what do y'all think it is ?
