Idk where to post this but please help

So my three year old has been sleeping through the night for years but recently she has been screaming and hollering that she is scared to slee in her room. Nothing has changed. She has been sleep g on the same room and bed since she was two. She has a cuddle toy of her choice but it becoming unbearable. My husband I have to take turns to calm her down. She keeps wanting to slee in our bed but we are not trying to spoil her. She keeps crying and throwing fits because of it. Please someone give us tips.
