Almost there!

I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant with boy/ girl twins! Can't believe I've made it this far! My doctors giving me the option to have me induced starting at 36 weeks, it seems like I might take him on that offer. I originally planned on having them at 37 weeks, but everything's starting to get complicated. I got diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and my blood pressure has been elevating. I'm scared that I'll develop preeclampsia while I'm at it. Not to mention everything hurts, and I can barely get around without waddling like a penguin. So all in all, we might be looking at having them in just ONE week! I've had so long to prepare for their arrival, that now I'm feeling overwhelmed and don't feel prepared at all. Especially since we have a 4 year old son that will be incredibly jealous.. I know he'll adjust, but it breaks my heart to see him upset over this. Any ladies get induced at 36 weeks with twins? Did they need time in the NICU?
