If you have allergies Zyrtec will help. Also you can take regular robitussin, and regular mucinex.

I just read that hot chocolate could help, I tried it earlier and thought it gave some relief. If not, it's a good bonus treat 😉 I'm trying to stay away from medicine as long as possible. Good luck!

Gargle with cider vinegar. It's horrible but it'll work and you won't have to take any medicine.
