just need some support

I got my bfp 9 days ago. I had my hcg levels checked and it was 59.3 two days later only up to 81.8 5 days later only 95 😢. I had an ultrasound today and I'm supposed to be close to 6 weeks but there was only a small black dot but the doctor said it all looked good (until he called with the hcg level of 95) so tonight I started spotting pink and cramping some. I've never miscarried before so I don't know if this is what happens or what. I'm supposed to get my levels checked again tomorrow and another ultrasound next week but I'm thinking it's ending? I'm just so emotional about it and we only told my brother and sister in law because we were going to announce to our older kids on Thursday through a photo shoot but now I don't think it's happening 😭 I kind of want to crawl under a rock
