Face rash?!?

So as of 24 hours ago my LO developed this all rash/acne all over her face 😭 I used a new baby wash on her last week and am suspecting that was the culprit. I asked my dermotologist and he thinks it's hormonal from her nursing! Any ideas or thoughts?! (It's no where else except her face)Her skin was flawless up until now 😞

Have you started your period recently or start birth control? I would go back to her precious face wash if you think that may have been the cause. My LO had baby acne and we would use a warm washcloth and just wipe her face throughout the day. Someone told me to try breast milk but that just made it worse because of the fat and oils in it.

My son has that right now... baby acne it cones and goes had it really bad when he was 2 months
