Light spotting after intercourse

Sort of TMI but after having sex with my boyfriend, I went to the bathroom to clean up and noticed, only when I wiped, that I had a light pinkish discharge/spotting, but it's too late to really call my doctor so I just wanted to know from any of you what's normal and what's not. About two hours later I have a light cramping. I'm 23 weeks and did a little research, but if any of you know personally, I'm all ears. I just need something to calm my nerves for the night.
