Painful sex

My boyfriend and I have been together for 6 years. We have a 3 year old daughter. The last month it has been so painful! We use lube, we try different positions. Anything we try it still ends with me being in tears. Doctor said everything looks normal but then this morning I wake up and there's blood everywhere.. Don't have my period...what is going on?!?!
