Implant just expired 16 days late.

So I've had my nexplanon for 3 years it expired the beginning of September. I thought it was good until November until I went and seen the doctor last week when I was 7 days late the did a blood pregnancy test that came back negative. My husband and I havent used protection and he doesn't pull out. So could it be possible that I'm pregnant but the test a week ago was negative? I'm supposed to get a new implant Nov 22 if I'm not pregnant. 🙈🙈
