Should I go in to the hospital or no?

Ok. So my SO & I moved to a new place tonight. Around 930 i felt like i might be leaking, not a lot just drips here and there. I had some Braxton hicks but not out of the ordinary. I ate & came back home thinking I over did it & I'm sweating (I'm only 36 weeks). Well i laid down, waking up often to light cramps & discomfort. Went to the bathroom & there's a little bit of bright red blood. Ican't tell if I'm leaking or sweating and I'm feeling pretty lonely just now. Should I go in or rest for longer & see how things go?
