provera + nearly positive OPK?

I feel so crampy and bleh today. For the hell of it I used an opk. I know this isn't positive. But this looks so dark, like it's about to be positive. Can Provera influence this? Is it possible to ovulate while taking Provera? I've taken 3/7 of my pills. Sorry for bad quality photos

I was told that Provera doesn't make you ovulate, doctors usually give you provera  to get a period, and clomid to ovulate.
