Fertility Consultation Update

Je
Consultation went great. We are considered great candidates for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>.
I have to get my original HSG images to the doctor and it's possible I have to have another depending if he thinks it was a false reading. I have to call on my first cycle day and have some tests run for this cycle and depending on those results, we decided to go ahead and start treatments.
They're undecided if I need fertility drugs and will decide on that after they take a better look at how my ovaries are producing. Being that I have the one side working, it may take a bit to actually start depending on when I results from my functional side.
Original post: My husband and I have our very first fertility consultation today and I'm extremely nervous.
My husband is in remission, currently. He had a reoccurring brain tumor and has had two resections and craniotomies. As a result of chemo, radiation, and surgery he has some dysfunction and is unable to ejaculate during sex.
I have had irregular cycles since the age of about 16 and have been morbidly obese all of my adult life. Last December, I had sleeve gastrectomy and have lost nearly 150 lbs. since then, I have had regular cycles, but was not getting regular ovulation positives. My OBGYN sent me for an HSG test and it was discovered that I have a complete tubal occlusion on my left side. My right side is perfect.
I am hoping to receive some positive news today and that fertility will be obtainable for us. Please send your thoughts and love our way.
