Have you had an ultrasound to confirm you are actually 12 weeks?  Why did you have HCG checked at 12 weeks?

Insooted at 8w 3D they drew my blood my number was 94k which was totally normal.

I don't think 75 is a "normal" number for being 12w. 
I'm not a Dr tho Idk. They should have mentioned whether that number is ok or not
